What a mess with my Internetprovider. But thankfully i got a Mail today that it works now again.
I sit now on a high Hotline bill because of them, cause they not could from first time tell me what the problem is. first they ignored the Mail i did send and then they were not able 3 days to tell me what the problem is and told me each evening next day it will be open again, its would had be a problem of them.
I hat 15 GB Traffic on my Homepage and first could not understand from where tis huge traffic comes. Then i had an idea but they then said they made an mistake with the traffic it was only 1,5 GB. So i thought lucky girl and waited a day but not got the Internet back. So i called again the hotline to ask why is the line not open again. they then said oh sorry it needs a day more, so lucky girl Nicole believed silly them, and came from work back on Friday, tried Internet and still not worked. So i had then then again a call of almost 2 hours with the hotline. This time i had then such a silly and rude Woman on phone and she said i shall pay before i not get the line open or they send a lawyer. I asked for her Name and she said she not will tell me she said it on the beginning of the call. i asked her again for it, and she said she not tells, then i asked for her boss and she said she is not allowed to give him me. I said ok that i feel me extremly fooled and they are all assholes (sorry for that now, but i did feel me like a challenger before the start in the Orbit). Then i asked my Sisters boyfriend for help and he checked my Server and looked at the files i always thought they could be the reason for the traffic. I once uploaded on the blog here some animated gifs for the vinatage and leaf kit. The traffic got so high and as it looks others did as well upload the gifs and so i got a traffic over 15 GB a Month. this i now must pay. Almost 100 Euros. pity... but was now something i learned out of.
